This Privacy Policy explains how ProScrim (“ProScrim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ProScrim website, applications, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — username, email, phone number, date of birth, country/state, and password (stored in hashed form).
• Identity & eligibility verification — information used to verify your age, identity, and location, which may include government-issued ID details when verification is required.
• Financial & transaction data — deposits, entry fees, prize payouts, balances, and cryptocurrency wallet addresses. Card or bank details, if any, are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
• Gameplay & profile data — matches, results, rankings, teams, disputes and evidence you submit, messages in match chat, and any gamer tags or social handles you add.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, and activity logs used for security and to operate the Service.
• Communications — messages you send to support and your marketing preferences.

2. How We Use Information

• to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including matchmaking, rankings, and payouts;
• to verify eligibility, age, identity, and location, and to enforce jurisdictional restrictions;
• to process deposits, entry fees, and withdrawals, and to maintain financial records;
• to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, collusion, cheating, and other prohibited conduct;
• to provide support, respond to disputes, and communicate with you;
• to comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and anti-money-laundering obligations;
• with your consent where required, to send marketing about ProScrim (you can opt out anytime).

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers — payment processors, identity-verification providers, hosting, analytics, and communications vendors who process data on our behalf.
• Other users — your username, public profile, rankings, teams, and rosters are visible to other users by design. Private information is not.
• Legal & safety — to comply with law, court orders, or lawful requests; to enforce our Terms; and to protect the rights, safety, and property of ProScrim, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Mobile & SMS information. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging (SMS) opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send you the ProScrim messages you opted into and to operate the Service, and are processed by our messaging provider solely to deliver those messages on our behalf. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains that we do not control. Wallet addresses and transactions on a blockchain are inherently public.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Financial and verification records may be retained for periods required by law even after account closure.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@proscrim.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. Note that we may retain information we are legally required to keep (for example, financial and anti-money-laundering records), and we may decline requests where an exception applies. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the controls in the Service or the unsubscribe link in our messages; we may still send non-marketing, account-related messages.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the minimum age for their jurisdiction (at least 18). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under the applicable minimum age, we will delete it and close the account.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
